Ah-HAH!!!
I just realised why my BP was so low. The doc tested my BP on my left arm. For some reason, that has always been dodgy when it comes to getting Blood Pressure checked or getting blood tests.I tested myself with the kit I have at home last night and it's back to a more respectable 154/81. Heh :-) Now I feel better!

You realise that a systolic BP over 140 is clinical hypertension, right?
A reading that high usually means a one-way ticket to statins and antihypertensive drugs, so it's strange that you're not more worried about the HIGHER reading than the low.
Also, the differences between the readings in your right and left arms suggest you might have a partial, or even major occlusion of your left subclavian or brachial arteries. Having Wegener's, you're already a vasculopath, so you're chances are probably higher than most for that sort of thing.
I'm not sure how you'd get that checked out... arterial doppler?
Hi Jesse...
I'll answer your questions below.

*yup. I'm on blood pressure meds. I'm also too fat and have kidney involvement which doesn't help either. I'm working on my exercise and the BP is slowly coming down.*

*It's a result of one of the procedures I had when I had a coarctation of the Aorta repaired when I was 6. It has been like that for the last 34 years :-) *
Thanks for your comments!
