Some positive Renal-type news

I had my appointment with my Renal doc yesterday afternoon (finally - since I forgot the first one and couldn't make the second re-scheduled one!). He's so happy with my kidneys that he doesn't want to see me for a whole year! Woohoo!!!

Now - if only I could get my Immunologist to say that :-) I'll work on it...

Wegener's Granulomatosis "is an uncommon disease, in which the blood vessels are inflamed (vasculitis). This inflammation damages important organs of the body by limiting blood flow to those organs and destroying normal tissue. It mainly affects the respiratory tract (sinuses, nose, trachea, and lungs) and kidneys. This disorder can affect people at any age and strikes men and women equally."
